In the last few weeks our Executives met with each OLT to hear updates and discuss alignmenet for 2026 year. Here’s a look at the takeaways—
Establish a TSW and create clear guidelines with realistic lead time expectations and protocols.
Weekend Update has 3 additional voices: Ryan Wathen, Tyler Kelley and Suzanne McCoy. In hopes to increase visibility into different areas of the business.
Leadership wants more casual, behind-the-scenes content from field teams. LinkedIn evolving toward short-form “influencer” style content. Identify and recruit willing team members for authentic content creation.

Adjusting to Effort Based vs Initiative Based groups to better align with Design-Build Process / Workflow.
— Focus of initial effort will be on Phase 1: Preconstruction and include process (TSW), templating, and trainings.
Design-Build BBB regional training wrapping up with RDU on Friday (2/27).
— In process of scheduling grand finale in GSO that will have virtual option and offered to all regions.
— This presentation is just the tip of the iceberg and by EOY will have several more specific topic based ones offered on SametU.
More training is being developed for SametU — additional Claude and AI-focused learning content will be built out on the SametU platform to help teams across the company get up to speed.
“Claude Corner” is coming soon — soon we will highlight real stories from people using Claude in the field, along with a specific use case breakdown. The goal is to share wins and practical applications company-wide.
Requested a few minutes at every Regional Town Hall to showcase AI testimonials and success stories from the field.

Tyler Ceparano and his wife, Kailee welcomed their 3rd child, Ruth Ann, on February 2nd weighing 7 lbs. 3 oz. Her two older brothers are sure to shower her with love.
Alex Holt welcomed their son Shai Barkley Sobocinski to the world on February 16., weighing 9.8lbs. Mom and baby are healthy and dad is stoked.
