What began as Olivia Nelson’s idea and was first brought to life by the Block A project team has blossomed into “Project Pencil,” a cross-regional back-to-school support program that distributes backpacks filled with essential school supplies to families of our trade partners. The resort-style pool area, clubhouse with premium golf simulator, fitness center, and social spaces are fully operational and looking incredible. The team finished the model unit featuring open-concept layouts, high-end kitchen finishes, and modern fixtures throughout. The exterior townhome-style buildings are also complete, showcasing the impressive architectural variety of the property.
