Progress is moving along nicely at this 17-story, 393-unit development, which is approximately 95% complete. The teams are now focused on the interiors, amenities, and outdoor spaces.

Carrboro Town Hall

PROJECT UPDATE

We were recently awarded the design/build renovations and expansion of the Carrboro Town Hall, after defeating a tough "shortlist" of 5 competitors. Originally built as a school in 1922, and later converted to the Town Hall in the 1970's, the building is a 3-story multi-wythe brick exterior with timber column and beam interior structure and original wood floors hiding behind the 1970's renovation.
