IT recently announced Claude for Teams is now available as our approved AI platform. After extensive testing with 60 users across all departments and multiple regions, the results speak for themselves.

PROJECT UPDATE
Progress is moving along nicely at this 17-story, 393-unit development, which is approximately 95% complete. The teams are now focused on the interiors, amenities, and outdoor spaces.
Carrboro Town Hall
PROJECT UPDATE
We were recently awarded the design/build renovations and expansion of the Carrboro Town Hall, after defeating a tough "shortlist" of 5 competitors. Originally built as a school in 1922, and later converted to the Town Hall in the 1970's, the building is a 3-story multi-wythe brick exterior with timber column and beam interior structure and original wood floors hiding behind the 1970's renovation.

The steps to setup the SametNet app are easy:
-  Open the App Store (Play Store or App Store) on your phone, search for Simpplr and click Install.
- After the Simpplr app completes installing, open it and click Get Started.
- Enter your company email address and click Verify.
- Enter your company email address again and click Next.
- Enter your Windows password and click Sign In
- Click Yes to stay signed in.
- Click Allow to Allow Access to your device.
