OLT ROUNDUP

In the last few weeks our Executives met with each OLT to hear updates and discuss alignmenet for 2026 year. Here’s a look at the takeaways—

COMMS OLT

Collaboration with Operational Liaisons
Branding Consistency on Jobsites + PPE
Weekend Update Evolution
Town Hall Standardization
Authentic Field Content Strategy
In order to better explain our how and why and get our people better connected to the “why” behind our work, Rick asked Seth to identify some high-potential associates who could collaborate with us. We met with them for the first time a few weeks ago and we are really excited to have this group to lean on and learn from.

Establish a TSW and create clear guidelines with realistic lead time expectations and protocols.

Weekend Update has 3 additional voices: Ryan Wathen, Tyler Kelley and Suzanne McCoy. In hopes to increase visibility into different areas of the business.

All regions will leverage a consistent template tied to strategic plan messaging.

Leadership wants more casual, behind-the-scenes content from field teams. LinkedIn evolving toward short-form “influencer” style content. Identify and recruit willing team members for authentic content creation.

Design-Build BBB regional training wrapping up with RDU on Friday (2/27).

— In process of scheduling grand finale in GSO that will have virtual option and offered to all regions.
— This presentation is just the tip of the iceberg and by EOY will have several more specific topic based ones offered on SametU.

AI OLT

AI is Being Adopted
More Training
Leadership Team Shares Use Cases
Claude Corner
Our Enterprise AI Solution
Requested Time at Town Halls
AI is being adopted across the entire enterprise — use cases are active in Preconstruction (bid leveling, scope writing, RFP analysis), Operations, Safety, Marketing, and more.

More training is being developed for SametU — additional Claude and AI-focused learning content will be built out on the SametU platform to help teams across the company get up to speed.

Leadership asked teams to share their field use cases globally — there’s a push to collect and distribute real-world examples of how AI is being used on jobsites so other regions and departments can adopt what’s working.

“Claude Corner” is coming soon — soon we will highlight real stories from people using Claude in the field, along with a specific use case breakdown. The goal is to share wins and practical applications company-wide.

Claude is our enterprise AI solution — leadership reiterated that all AI solutions should go through the AI OLT team, and that project teams are responsible for validating AI output.

Requested a few minutes at every Regional Town Hall to showcase AI testimonials and success stories from the field.

Keeping Our Word: Why Schedule Integrity Defines who we are

For ten straight years, Rick has never missed a Sunday blog post, a remarkable testament to the consistency and commitment that defines Samet’s leadership. When he asked me to write this week’s post, I was honored by the trust and humbled by the responsibility of continuing a tradition built on reliability and genuine communication.
