Kernersville Recreation Center
Spanning 53,000 SF in size, this two-level recreation center features three large gyms for all court sports, a dance and fitness room, an elevated indoor walking track, large classrooms, a kitchen and a variety of other community and support spaces.

PROJECT UPDATE
MAA Nixie is crossing the finish line in Durham and Field Executive Patrick Whitehurst had nothing but pride for the project team that made it happen. This $107 million, 447,173 SF multifamily development in Durham has become a shining example of what we can achieve when we come together with shared purpose and unwavering commitment. Finishing on time and under budget, the success of this project has already generated repeat business for Samet.
Windsor Chavis Nocho Rec Center
PROJECT UPDATE
Watch crews at Windsor-Chavis jobsite carry out a successful demolition of the old building by following two of Samet's Strategic Pillars: Operational Excellence and Safety.
According to Nate Swaim, Sr. Superintendent, "The most critical safety measures for this project were planning, planning, and more planning."
